If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

  • Personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact us at support@adornu.nl with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll provide you with the return address and instructions.

  3. Once we receive your return and inspect it, we’ll notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility (unless the product was defective or incorrect).

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos of the issue so we can quickly resolve it.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your item for a refund and place a new order.
